MindTree minting technologies in networking space
MindTree Consulting Pvt Ltd recently announced qualification of
their Ethermind Bluetooth™ Protocol stack. Ethermind has been
qualified for conformance with Bluetooth™ core specification
version 1.1. The conformance testing for the qualification has been
carried out on an embedded platform using Vxworks operating system.
The qualification was done by an authorized Bluetooth™ Qualification
Body (BQB). The qualification ensures Ethermind is in strict compliance
with Bluetooth™ protocol and interoperability standards. By providing
a certified solution as a reusable block and through Bluetooth™
Technology services, MindTree enables Bluetooth™ product companies
reduce development costs and shorten time to market.
The Ethermind Bluetooth™ protocol stack comes with complete portfolio
of Bluetooth™ host protocol stacks and profiles. MindTree's unique
offering includes complete conformance and interoperability test
system for testing the conformance after integrating the Ethermind
solution into the end Bluetooth™ product. This is supported through
extensive logging and analyzer tools to verify the compliance to
standards.
Bluetooth™ is a low cost wireless technology that provides
a mean for replacement of a cable between two devices with universal
short-range radio link. Bluetooth™ will enable users to connect
a wide range of computing and telecommunications devices easily
and simply, without the need to buy, carry, or connect cables.
